Gophers Soccer hire Becky Fletcher as new assistant coach

Today, just days after announcing that Associate Head Coach Krystle Seidel was leaving the program to become the Head Coach of the women's soccer team at Macalester College, the Gophers announced a new member of the staff to fill the void: Becky Fletcher. 

Fletcher's resume is impressive. She's been on staff at both Auburn and Ole Miss in the SEC and was the Head Coach for mid-major Tennessee Tech. We sat down with her to talk about how she landed in Minnesota, what made the Gophers a good fit for her, and what her transition will be like over the summer.
